 This float home was taken out of the water, its floatation and most of the structure was rebuilt and new windows installed. It was re-launched in 2003. As the floatation was rebuilt photo were taken and are available on request. At approximately 1000 square feet it has a big spacious feel. The main floor has a kitchen, storage/pantry, bathroom and a huge living room. Upstairs is the large bedroom, laundry, and ensuite. There is a small deck on the second floor with stairs leading to the large roof deck. Presently located in Beautiful Grant's Landing float home community but could possibly be relocated to Ladner. This is a good one and should provide many years of problem free float home living to its new owners! |
