This is the perfect house for a serious handyman, it needs a lot of work from top to bottom. It needs floatation work, it has had a plumbing leak or 2, a wall or 2 have had water leaks, it just needs a lot of work! BUT... it has a fabulous lay out and a beautiful design and with some work it could be great. It is presently just up the river from Shelter Island Boat Yard where it could be taken out of the water and worked on. At new construction costs today this would probably cost over $200,000 to rebuild. Call me for a list of suitable marinas or to arrange a viewing. If you are capable of house renovations don't miss this one!
