This house is about 825 sq ft, and it could be very nice with a bit of money and work. It needs renovating inside and needs to be re-shingled outside. Inside it has very high ceilings in the living and dining rooms and a loft style bedroom and den up. It has a large laundry/utility room with lots of storage. Outside the house is finished with cedar shingles which need replacing. The house has curved walls and is cathedral style.The floatation was replaced about 10 years ago and appears to be in good shape and the house has about 2 feet of freeboard.
